WHO WE ARE...

Founded in 2012 by Adrienne Acevedo Lovette, THE GARAGE PRODUCTIONS has evolved from a small theater company into a dynamic, award-winning multimedia indie production house specializing in micro-budget films. Now, with the addition of MAN OF THE CROWD PRODUCTIONS, led by John A. Rice, we continue to push creative boundaries by merging distinct storytelling styles and championing the underrepresented.
We present truly indie film projects that range from thought-provoking dramas to dark genre films, exploring the hidden corners of human nature. We focus on the underdog, shining a “spotlight on the sidekick” to reveal stories and characters often overlooked. Whether it’s showcasing diverse voices from the LGBT+ community or differently abled and marginalized people, we tell stories that offer audiences a fresh perspective. With a commitment to advocating for diversity and representation in front of and behind the camera, we invite you to join us in celebrating unique narratives that merge reality and dreams, delving into the mind where anything is possible.
Follow us on social media @thegarageproductions and @motcfilms for the latest news and exclusive behind-the-scenes content. Welcome to our creative journey, where imagination stands out and new worlds are brought to life.
